On this page I have tried to answer some of the most frequently asked questions:
 
 
You can pay online through the secure Pay Pal payment system with a credit or debit card.
You can also pay by cheque, please note that items will not dispatched until the cheque has cleared.
 
Alternatively, you can purchase items from me at local fairs.

Yes, all payments online are taken through the secure PayPal payment system.
 
 
 
No, there is no minimum order quantity or minimum order value. You can order one card or as many cards as you like, the same for my jewellery.
 
 
 
I am confident that you will be happy with the quality of my cards and jewellery, however if you are not totally happy with the products you have received from me for whatever reason, I would ask you to first 'Contact Me' through my website with the reason why you are not totally happy, so that I can make sure that the same problem doesn't occur again.
 
I would then ask you to return the item/s to me within 7 days and I will be happy to give you a full refund of your money. (this will not include the postage of the item/s back to me) 
 
Due to hygiene reasons I am unable to accept any returns on pierced earrings.
 
I will notify you via email of your refund once I have received the returned item(s)
 
 
 
Yes, I am happy to take orders from other countries. Please 'Contact Me' with your request before placing an order and I will be happy to advise you on the postage costs.
 
 
 
Yes, each card comes with it's own envelope.
 
 
 
No, not all the jewellery available on the website includes a gift box.
If a gift box is included in the price this will be detailed in the item description.
 
Gift boxes can be purchased seperatley, please go to the online shop for more details.
 
 
 
Your personal information is collected so that I can gather the relevant details to post your order/s. I will not pass your personal information on to any other source.
 
I will use your personal information from time to time to send you newsletters or details of recent updates or details of special offers.
 
Users may opt-out of receiving future communications or mailings from me. If you do not wish to be placed on my mailing list, then please 'Contact Me' through the webite with a request to be removed. Once this request has been received, this will be carried out without any hesitation.

If a greeting card has been damaged after being sent to you as a gift I am not able to offer a refund unless it has been sent to you directly from me.
 
If a piece of jewellery has been damaged after being sent to you as a gift, I can issue a refund to the person who purchased the item originally, if it is within 14 days of receipt.
 
I would then ask you to return the jewellery to me within 7 days. Please note that the refund will not include the postage of the jewellery back to me. 
 
Due to hygiene reasons I am unable to accept any returns on pierced earrings.

If you have ordered a single item or several items through my website you can expect to receive these items within 5 - 7 days (however most items should arrive quicker then this)
 
If you have ordered invitations, corporate stationary, or wedding stationary please allow four weeks from receipt of written confirmation.
 
If you have ordered personalised cards please allow 7 - 10 days for delivery.
